3. Includes new doors, hinges, drawer fronts, handles, panels, plinths, cornice, pelmets, laminate worktops, sink, tap, plumbing, installation, waste away.

4. Does not include appliances, new cabinets or any items not listed.

5. The winner must have a CB postcode.

6. The winner must own the property.

7. Must state why they deserve to win.

8. The winner is chosen based on the reasons they give.

9. The winner must be happy to go on social media platforms.

10. Must be available for the work to be carried out and completed, at our convenience, before 30/11/25.

11. Entries must be in by 31/08/25, winner to be announced shortly after.
